These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you pre-order of the $9 (or equivalent) Voucher (defined as below) for securing the dreametech L10s Ultra from dreametech.com while participating in this dreame L10s Ultra Pre-order Promotion (the “Promotion”). By placing a pre-order of the Voucher, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order of the Voucher and keep a copy for your records.

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 09:00am (PST) on September 17, 2022 and shall close at 9:00am (PST) on October 17, 2022, or while stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Promotion Channel: dreametech.com and Amazon, Dreame Official Store.
4. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (powered by dreame) you must be an individual resident (aged 18+) of Italian regions (the “Participant” or “You”).

How to Pre-order
6. In order to participate in this Promotion, you will need to visit the Promotion Channel, and pay $9 (or equivalent) via a valid dreame Account or guest checkout (no logins required). The $9 payment is for a $209 voucher for securing the Product before launch (“Voucher”). The Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Participant is not permitted to sell, trade, or purchase the Voucher without the permission of dreametech.
7. In order to participate the Promotion, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address, shipping address and billing information. You’re under the responsibility to confirm information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to send you the confirmation email, the voucher, the merch and inform you when the Pre-order is available for purchase, if applicable.
8. After the completing the payment of the Voucher, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If participant participates in the Promotion by guest checkout, the only way to check the order details is the order confirmation email. If participant participate in the Promotion with a valid dreametech Account, the order details can be checked in “My Orders”.
9. We will send merch immediately when you complete the payment of the Voucher.

10. We will send you an shopping link and the Voucher before launch via dreametech Account. If the Participant participate the Promotion by guest checkout, please sign up a dreametech account with the email address to receive and check the shopping link and the Voucher.
11. Only the Participant could purchase dreamebot L10s Ultra on the launch day by using the Voucher. The Voucher will be valid for a longer time for you to purchase dreamebot L10s Ultra. Details will be sent by an instruction email before launch. DREAME reserve the right not to accept your order if you do not meet any relevant eligibility criteria.

12. Where possible orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability, in order that you may receive it on the launch date. For some areas delivery will take longer.
13. Either you or DREAME may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been dispatched or is ready for collection (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a refund of your order Payment, but the Voucher is non-refundable as mentioned.
14.
