I absolutely love my AirStyle Pro! I really like the Dyson Airwrap concept but I am not a huge Dyson fan mainly because I haven't been impressed with their vacuums for the cost so I couldn't justify the cost for the Airwrap. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I told him the Shark FlexStyle after doing a ton of research and really liking the Shark brand. We actually have a Dreame mop/vac and out of our Shark, Roomba (RIP) and Dreame, the Dreame is by far the nicest one that works sooooo good, so we were already familiar with the brand. My husband was actually on their website looking for another Dreame mop/vac (for our second story) and came across the AirStyle Pro and send me a link for it. First, I was in shock that they make one because I had never seen it before, and being on social media and the huge push of the Dyson, I was shocked that I hadn't seen it at all. To be honest, this had me super intrested because I am always skeptical of products that are pushed so much on Instragram, etc. So the researching started between the Shark FlexStyle and the Dreame AirStyle Pro and I chose the Dreame. I could not be any more satisfied with my (husbands) purchase, this thing literally blew me away (especially for the price - it was on sale for $225 (after tax and shipping w/ 10% off coupon). My friend has a Dyson Airwrap and I will be interested to test them side by side but honestly, this thing does so good that I don't know how the Dyson could be any better. It drys fast, curls so good and the round brush is great for a blowout look! I would strongly recommend doing a comparison between the Dyson Airwrap and this one becuase the specifications of them are almost identical. The AirStyle Pro is actually about half the weight (per the specifications listed online) but still feels like a really good quality weight and didnt wear my arm out.
Absolutely 5 stars for me but I will leave some thoughts (and keep in mind, the Dyson Airwrap was first released in 2018, while this in April 2025 so these may change with time):
-Color selection - while I do like the color as its a very luxery color, I would have been more likely to buy a different color if it was an option.
-Attachments - I do wish they offered more attachments like a smaller or bigger curling roller, or bigger round brush
-Purchasing attachments separately - I don't have an issue with this but did notice that some people were saying that if an attachment breaks (the roundbrush seems to have an issue with breaking) the only way to get a new one is to go through warranty because they don't give you the option to buy separate replacement parts.
I think with time, those above thoughts will change and I am hoping that you can buy more attachments in the future, whether through Dreame or aftermarket like you can for the Dyson and Shark. The AirStyle Pro HI is coming out soon so they may address some of those thoughts with the release of that one.
Overall, this is works great and is worth the money hands down. If you are trigger shy on buying the Dyson because of the cost, this is the way to go in my opinion. Even if cost isnt a factor, I would still look at this as an option before purchasing anything. It also has an overall higher rating in reviews than the Dyson Airwrap.
