A: The Exterior Assembly is made of ABS, PC, and silicone, features IP54 waterproof protection, and is suitable for outdoor use. The Interior Assembly is made of ABS, PC, and aluminum alloy, and is designed for indoor installation only.
A: Open the battery cover of the Interior Assembly and press and hold the “SET” button. You will hear the voice prompt “Hold the button to restore factory settings mode.” Continue holding until you hear “Restored to factory settings,” indicating a successful reset.
A: Disassembling Dreame Safio Lock Turbo Lite is considered a waiver of Dreame’s maintenance service. If you choose to proceed: 1) Loosen the screws on the Exterior Assembly and remove the original cylinder. 2) Purchase a new cylinder of the same size and replace the original one.
