FAQ
Package List
Upper cover, lower cover, upper bracket for cover, lower bracket for cover, mounting plate, screws, exhaust duct, user manual and carbon filter
Speed Level Adjustment
The range hood features four speed control levels. Refer to the user manual for details. After switching on, select the desired speed level to adjust the airflow. You can choose among low, medium, or high speed settings, as well as the Boost Mode
Is it normal for the hood surface to have oil residue?
Under normal usage, the range hood's surface may accumulate slight oil condensation due to prolonged exposure to cooking fumes, which is considered a normal phenomenon. We recommend wiping the hood surface with a towel after each use to keep it clean and well maintained
How should I clean the inside of the range hood?
Open the stainless steel filters of the hood, disconnect the power supply, and use a soft towel to wipe away any oil or grease buildup inside
Filter Cleaning Reminder
The filter cleaning reminder will be activated once the motor reaches 120 cumulative working hours. In Standby Mode, the indicators for the "Boost" and "Power Adjustment" buttons will flash simultaneously. Press any button to clear the reminder.
How to clean the filters?
The grease filters must be cleaned every 2 months of operation, or more frequently with heavy usage. The filters can be safely cleaned in a dishwasher. Avoid bending the filters during cleaning. Ensure filters are completely dry before reinstalling them into the range hood. (The grease surface discoloration may occur over time. However, this will not affect filtration efficiency).
Carbon Filter Replacement Cycle
Carbon filters should be replaced every 2 to 4 months, depending on the cooking scenarios. If your cooking style produces significant grease (e.g., high-heat stir-frying), please replace the filters more frequently. These filters are not washable and cannot be reused. Please refer to the installation guide included with the carbon filters for detailed instructions.
Is the range hood noisy during operation?
The product has a noise level of 64 dB. If the sound is merely the normal noise from operation or the airflow during ventilation, it is considered normal. However, if there are abnormal noises, you should check whether any foreign objects have entered the range hood or contact an authorized service technician for inspection
Poor Performance
1. Insufficient ventilation. Ensure your kitchen has adequate airflow to allow fresh air to enter
2. The mounting height is too high. Ensure the distance between the range hood and the cooktop is within the optimal range of 65–75cm (approx. 25.5–29.5 inches) for the best suction efficiency
3. Before use, check and make sure that the shipping tape securing the vent dampers has been completely removed
4. Accumulated grease on the grease filters can block the airflow. Please clean or replace the grease filters immediately
5. Accumulated grease on the carbon filters can block the airflow. Please replace the carbon filters
6. If the motor is operational but there is no airflow, please contact our after-sales service for an inspection
The hood does not power on or shows no response
First, check if there is a power outage. Then confirm that the power plug is securely connected to the socket. If everything appears normal, please contact an authorized service technician for inspection
The light does not turn on
After disconnecting the power, check inside the unit to see if the lamp terminal is loose. Reconnect it securely and test again. If the light still does not work, a replacement lamp accessory will be required
