When will I receive my Dreame points?
Points will be credited to your account after the order is completed when the logistics status shows as delivered.

Yes, Dreame points earned after the launch date will expire two years after they are unlocked. Expired points will be deducted from your account.

No, points are calculated after deducting any discounts, taxes, or gift card amounts. The final points will be subject to the actual payment amount.
