Is it normal for the range hood surface to have oil residue?
Under normal use, the range hood's surface may develop slight oil condensation from prolonged exposure to cooking fumes, which is completely normal. We recommend wiping the range hood surface with a towel after each use to keep it clean and well maintained.
How should I clean the inside of the range hood?
Open the glass smoke panel of the range hood, disconnect the power supply, and gently wipe away any oil or grease buildup inside using a soft cloth.
Filter Cleaning Reminder
A filter cleaning reminder activates after 120 hours of cumulative motor operation. In standby mode, the "Boost" and "Power Adjustment" indicators flash simultaneously. Press any button to cancel.
Is the range hood noisy during operation?
The product operates at a noise level of 68 dB.If the sound is only the normal operational noise or airflow from the exhaust, it is considered normal. However, if you hear any abnormal noises, check whether any foreign objects have entered the range hood or contact an authorized service technician for inspection.
The range hood does not extract smoke effectively.
First, check whether the hood has been installed too high—above the recommended installation height. If the issue persists, please contact an authorized service technician for an on-site inspection.
The hood does not power on or shows no response.
First, check if there is a power outage. Then confirm that the power plug is securely connected to the socket. If everything seems normal, please contact an authorized service technician for inspection.
The fan does not operate.
Check whether the motor’s overheat protection has been activated. Wait for about one hour, then reconnect the power and test again. If the fan still does not operate, please contact an authorized service technician.
The light does not turn on.
After disconnecting the power, inspect the inside of the unit to see if the lamp terminal is loose. If it is, reconnect it securely and test the unit again. If the light still does not work, the lamp will need to be replaced.
