I ordered mop pads and vacuum bags, only the mop pads came. I put in a support ticket and they have responded multiple times each time asking for more unnecessary information, first email they wanted my phone number, second email they wanted the robot's serial number, third email they wanted proof of purchase of the robot (which has nothing to do with me ordering bags from their website).
This is all because I ordered vacuum bags and did not receive them, it has been 7 days of back and forth emails asking for information that doesn't matter, I ordered something and did not receive it, all the information they are asking for is not needed to refund me or send me what I ordered. Still waiting on a refund or a shipping confirmation. Ordered 20 days ago.
