The app could use a redesign. It is not very intuitive and you have to dig for pretty basic features. Also, the unit only recognizes throw or area rugs about 75% of the time.

Nothing to complain, everything was boxed very well and arrived in perfect condition.

I love the fact that I now have a robot vacuum. However, this particular vacuum despite my research, does not achieve the goals that I had set for it. In other words, it doesn't vacuum strong enough to pull the pet hair out of the carpets. I would love to upgrade. Perhaps pay even a little more to have a stronger suction and I saw a dream vacuum that has a arm that comes out and picks up stuff. I prefer that if I could trade it in please.
