I've had My dreame set now a little over a month. In that month I have had to put the wet/vet mop to use nearly every day to every other day. One of our 5 dogs has bladder incontinence issues. Some days are worse than others, he tries to let us know when he suddenly feels the urge, but sometimes it is too late and he just lets loose. Having the Dreame be on stand by at all times has been just that, a DREAME! This machine is quiet, muchless than that of a typical vacuum or mop vac combo. Be warned though, that with the suction power it has it will pull you! Literally! She is a stout machine! My only small caveats with the machine is the smaller tanks. Since I'm obviously cleaning up a wet surface, it fills the tank before I can finish cleaning the spot. I'm not knocking a star for that, because it's still performing at a 5 star rating. I just think that is a design flaw. I'd also like to see a place where another battery head could be stored and charged for people like me who use the vacuum multiple times throughout the day. If you're on the fence, just jump. After reviewing mop vacs for weeks after my Bissel died, I read one review that led me to this vacuum set. I continued to read review after review, then specs, then said well I will only know if I buy it and so I did and straight out the box it has been running smooth ever since. It's even got my teen daughters involved in who wants a turn with the smart Dreame Vacuum.

First of all, when I bought the robot, the shipping was fast and worked like a charm! It was very clean and the app was very beginner friendly and easy to set up. I liked the user interface and the complete control on the robot. I would also like to point out that the customer support was excellent. Within a day or less, they would respond to my emails and were very helpful unlike the other reviews talking of their experience with them. Overall, with my experience, I would give a 5 star review.
