After-sales Policy
1. Overview
This Dreame Limited Warranty Policy (the "Policy") begins on the date of delivery to the original consumer purchaser. It applies only to products purchased through the following officially authorized store channels within the United States and is valid only for products first sold and used within the United States. To obtain a return, replacement, or warranty service, the purchaser must contact Dreame for problem diagnosis.
For purchases from third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Walmart, TikTok, eBay, etc.), please adhere to the respective platform's warranty policy. For purchases from other unauthorized sellers or offline retailers, please contact the seller directly to confirm the specific warranty policy.

2. Statutory Warranty
This Limited Warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the laws relating to the sale of consumer products. As such, this Dreame Limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.
3. Foreign Product Warranty
The Product available for purchase on this website is manufactured in accordance with U.S. standards/regulations and is intended solely for use in the United States. Our warranty service is only available in the contiguous U.S. and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam. If the product is transported and used outside the contiguous U.S., any quality issues or malfunctions arising from such use will not be covered under this warranty. Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was first sold. Please check with Dreame to determine if local service is available for products purchased in another country.
Warranty Period
The warranty becomes effective from the date of purchase shown on the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice, or from the delivery date (if the delivery date is later than the purchase date). If the valid proof of purchase, original receipt, or invoice is lost, the warranty period will commence three months after the date indicated on the product's nameplate located on the bottom of the product.

Additional Notes:
1. Accessories: For accessories purchased through official stores, other than those with specified warranty periods above, you can apply for a no-reason return within 7 days of delivery. If quality issues arise within 30 days, you can apply for a replacement.
2. Dreame products are designed and manufactured for general household use. If used in non-domestic environments, the warranty period for the entire unit is uniformly three months.
Warranty for Repaired Products: Products repaired or replaced under this warranty retain their original remaining warranty period or continue to be covered for ninety (90) days from the date of repair(whichever is longer).
Product Inspection: Upon receiving your package, immediately inspect the product for shipping damage. Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is damaged. If the outer packaging is intact but the product is damaged, please contact us or the seller within 24 hours of signing for the delivery.
Gift Card Terms: Dreame US Gift Cards are issued by Dreame Technology USA Inc. and are non-transferable, non-reloadable, and not redeemable for cash (except as otherwise provided by law). They can only be used in the Dreame US official store.
Fees
During the warranty period, we will inspect the defective product upon receipt to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. For covered repairs, we will bear the costs of inspection, materials, labor, and shipping. If the inspection confirms non-warranty coverage, you will be responsible for all repair costs, including inspection fees, materials, labor, and round-trip shipping costs.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
-Accessories and Consumables: Packaging materials such as printed boxes, internal foam, paper cards, user manuals, expansion screws, labels, cleaning tools, and other consumables are not covered under warranty, unless damage results from defects in non-consumable product components.
-Normal Wear and Aging: Gradual deterioration in performance or appearance resulting from normal use.
Damage Caused by Improper Use, including but not limited to:
Failure to follow user manual instructions, including but not limited to using non-official accessories or cleaning solutions.
Damage caused by improper maintenance or storage.
Use for cleaning non-household waste (such as ashes, sand, plaster dust, etc.).
Product damage caused by improper disassembly by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
Use in commercial or corrosive environments.
Damage caused by accidents, liquid ingress, improper voltage, or unauthorized disassembly/repair.
The product you purchased is a sample unit whose model or SN does not conform to the SN coding rules for brand-new complete units.
Damage to the product due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, labor disturbances, failure of subcontractors or suppliers to perform, abnormal manufacturing conditions or costs, carrier or communication delays or failures, fire, flood, storm, ice, accidents, war, explosions, epidemics, government orders or regulations, inability to obtain any necessary governmental or other permits, court orders, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products damaged due to misuse or beyond the warranty period, we offer paid repair services. You are responsible for all repair fees, parts costs, and round-trip shipping costs. Specific pricing and whether it supports repairs will depend on the product's damage condition. Dreame After-Sales Service will make a judgment based on the actual situation. The final decision on whether repairs are supported will be subject to the reply from Dreame After-Sales Service.
General Terms and Liability Limitations
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREAME's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
This Limited Warranty supersedes all other Dreame warranties and liabilities, whether oral, written, (non-mandatory) statutory, contractual, tortious, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied conditions, warranties, or other terms regarding satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision is deemed illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be excluded from the warranty, and the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Dreame reserves the right to modify this policy. The latest version will be posted on our website. If any provision of this policy conflicts with local laws, local laws shall prevail.
