Dreametech R Series Promotion Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

1. The Dreame R Series vacuum promotion is open to all legal residents who are 18 years of age or older.
2. To enter, participants must purchase any R Series vacuum with the code DREAMENEWR on Amazon before June 27, 2023.
3. Participants must then share their unboxing or review post on Instagram or Facebook with #DreameRSeries and @dreametech official account by July 12, 2023.
4. Participants must send the receipt and a screenshot of the post to marketing.na@dreame.tech by July 12, 2023, to be eligible to win a $500 gift card.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
6. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and announced on July 17, 2023, on the Dreametech website and through Email.
7. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
8. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made.
9. Dreame reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time.
10. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Dreametech, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
11. By participating in this promotion, participants grant Dreametech the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their entry complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
13. Dreametech is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical or other malfunctions that may occur during the promotion.
14. By entering the promotion, participants release Dreametech and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this promotion from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Amazon, Instagram, or Facebook.

17. Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be processed, stored, and used by Dreame for the purposes of administering the promotion and for other marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with Dreame's privacy policy.
18. Dreame reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity in connection with the promotion.
19. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Dreame with respect to the promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the participant and Dreame.
20. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
