Extended Warranty Service
INTRODUCTION

This Extended Warranty Service ("Extended Warranty") is provided by Dreame exclusively to the original purchaser of certain Dreame products.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
a. The service is optional, fee-based, and offered by Dreame only for certain Dreame-branded products purchased from the official Dreame online store. The warranty extension period begins immediately after the expiration of the original warranty under the limited Dreame warranty.
b. The warranty extension is linked to your purchases for personal use on the official Dreame website or the Dreame online store application.
c. The warranty extension can be selected for a term of one year, two years, or another term as offered on the product pages of eligible products; once the transaction is completed, the selected term cannot be changed.
d. The warranty extension can only be purchased in conjunction with the product and cannot be bought separately. Only one warranty extension can be purchased per product.
e. Warranty extensions may also be available from other providers. You may also be covered through your homeowner’s insurance or other insurance policies.
f. The service is a service contract, not an insurance policy from an insurance company.
g. The service begins at the expiration of the Dreame warranty period and ends after the specified number of years of the purchased service ("Service Period").
h. During the service period, the product remains protected against material and workmanship defects under normal use and in accordance with the respective product manual.

i. No costs will be charged to the consumer for the repair or replacement of a defective product performed by Dreame or an authorized service center during the service period (whether it involves parts, labor, or otherwise).

LIMITATION
a) Dreame is not liable for any losses or damages caused wholly or mainly by your breach of these terms and conditions.
b) Dreame is not liable for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by local law. As a consumer, you do not use the product for commercial purposes. Therefore, Dreame is not liable for lost profits, revenue, expected savings, contracts, or time losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the product.
c) Dreame’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law is not excluded or limited by these terms and conditions.
d) Dreame is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control. If the provision of the service is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take measures to minimize the delay's impact.

e) In any case, Dreame’s liability, as well as that of its suppliers, under this limited warranty is limited to the amount actually paid by the consumer for the product or the current replacement value, whichever is higher.
