Had a D. V10 as prior main vacuum. Dreame's R20 is that much sharper in performance, battery life, the automatic (smart) switching it does between economy and the hyper-power was a positive surprise. Easy to click-and-add the various tools was easier than the other brand and just as secure. Very satisfied with the purchase and the tools/options included.

Sleek, Stylish and Swift - GREAT Value Vac (bought a 2nd & 3rd within a month!)

I've had Dyson, and the previous Dreame R10. Prefer Dreame right out the gate. The R20 Pure collects dust and dirt I didn't know was hiding in my house, the LED light makes me want to vacuum in the dark just to catch every little bit. Once I start, I cannot stop.....but that's OK because it lasts so long and sucks so well I've never even had to switch from eco mode and I have a dog that sheds like no other. I do my 3 level house daily, incl stairs and couches - I've never had it die on me without finishing the job at hand, and then some -- often with up to 20% still left in the tank. I bought one for myself, then my aunt, and then mom had to have one. We are all huge fans - they too prefer theirs over their previous Dysons and Bissell CrossWave.

Customer Service is EXCELLENT: I had a concern about a noise mine made. They took it into consideration, and without any pushback or questioning, they said they were not sure and so, they had no problem sending me a new one. I had a second one ordered already and delivering any day so I held off until it arrived so I could compare. Both made the sound, and it is normal. FOR REFERENCE: when holding the handle and shaking/moving it around it tinkers inside. I put my finger in and felt a flap I could move, and was worried it was broken. It was not. It's the valve that naturally opens and closes (it's a valve after all) when the suction isn't on. I declined the replacement vacuum, and do not regret it. Have had ZERO issues with it. It's a non-issue!

I highly recommend this vacuum and company. They make great products, and stand by them. Finally, a quality vacuum that looks expensive and stylish - subtle tones that blend with my other finishes, not stand out like a childs toy in bright red, purple and tacky fluorescent tones. No more hiding it when guests come over - I proudly display mine on the wall and everyone comments on how nice it is.
