filters didn't fit

Everything in the kit fit perfectly but the filters were too big and did not fit. Customer service has asked for mutliple pictures in multiple emails, are extremely slow to respond to emails and give nonanswers as to whether or not they're sending the correct filters. Horrible experience has ensured I will never buy or gift this brand again.
