This is ny second vacuum mop. My first was a tinco and i loved it but after about a year it stopped working. Ive only used this one twice and ILOVE IT . I debated over the price but with after pay its really easy. If your on the fence about getting this do it!!

I was concerned about buying the H14 because of the cost. I had looked at your competitors but decided to try yours. I was really impressed with your product. I have cleaned the whole house twice now. I was easy to push back and forth. I had about 40% battery after each use. The H14 did a good job and the self-cleaning did a good job. Cleaning the waste basket was easy too. I was amazed what the machine picked up. I am really satisfied with whole process. Thank you.

It’s straightforward to use, so I was able to get started right away.I mostly use it for high-traffic or dirtier areas, and it does a thorough job. The floors come out looking clean with just one pass. It also came with several accessories for keeping the machine itself in good shape, which is convenient.
