I tried vacuuming my desktop with it and I can't imagine how much dust my desktop has. I really liked - and didn't think I would find- a vacuum like this, with my mother's preference for cordless, and my preference for a HEPA filter, this one has BOTH! AND it has an anti-tangle brush roll. With my sister's long hair, that REALLY is handy. Our current vacuum you have to cut the long hair our and also take the whole thing APART to clean it., which is a NASTY job, believe you me. I am looking forward to the suction and the intelligent cleaning features. I'll let you know after Christmas how it really does. Hoping it's not too heavy, and I can purchase another battery to extend the charge. It looks like a great purchase. I'll let you know!
