What are the specific installation requirements?
This is a built-in appliance. Please contact an authorized service provider for assistance. Installation work and earthing must be done by qualified professional(s) in accordance with local electrical codes.
What should I do before using the oven for the first time?
Perform a "burn-in" process to remove the protective oil coatings and odors from manufacturing:
Remove all racks and accessories.
Set the oven to [Bake] at 400°F (approx. 200°C) and run for 1 hour.
Set the oven to [Broil] and run for 30 minutes.

Why do the oven door and surrounding areas feel hot? Is it safe?
This is normal and safe. During operation, the door glass, exterior panels, and vents will heat up. This design ensures effective internal heat dissipation. Do not touch these areas during and after use, and keep children away.
Are clicking, fan, or crackling noises normal during use?
These sounds are completely normal.
Clicking: The thermostat or relays cycle on and off to maintain precise temperature control.
Fan noise: The cooling fan runs during operation and will continue after shutdown until the interior cools below 165°F.
Crackling: The oven's metal interior naturally expands and contracts during heating and cooling cycles.
