    Not Reliable; No Customer Service

    We recently purchased a Dreame Z10 Station Cordless Stick Vacuum and it stopped working after about 30 days. I have searched the website and cannot find any customer service method to get any help with the unit. It would run for a short period of time (5 seconds) then shut off. I tried extra filter cleaning but that did not do anything to resolve the issue. Now the unit will not even take a charge. I cannot recommend this product dur to poor customer service and performance of the product.

    Horrible Customer Service. I can not believe I trusted this company

    Nobody will probably see this review, as dreame controls them. I purchased 7 devices from dreame. 5 Work, and the other 5 do not. After hours on the phone with customer services I have to return the devices that do not work. This makes me question the company overall. I suggest buying from a reputable domestic manufacturer, where customer support will not be an issue if the device fails.

    Best cordless stick self cleaning vac

    This vacuum is probably the best cordless vacuum that empties itself that I have found. Decent suction and super handy self empty function that goes into a bag. Don't have a dust cloud over the trash can when you empty the vacuum. I really hate the two brush heads that everyone seems to be using now but I find the soft roller brush perfect for just about all my vacuuming needs. Floors and Area Rugs. Does not grab my oriental rug fringe. This is a new vacuum for the US market so filters and bags are a problem to find. I've had to go overseas to get replacements. Hopefully that will get better.

    Very Light Weight and Works Well!

    I absolutely love this vacuum! The blue light really illuminates all the debris on the floor, which helps to clean up so well! If I advance the suction level the battery goes a little fast but I can vacuum my entire first floor and still have 50% left over. My home is over 2700 square feet, so it’s a lot of floor to cover. Works well on both hard floors and carpet.
