5. When will I receive my Dreame points?
It depends on how the points are earned:
- Interaction Points: Points earned through actions like signing up, subscribing, visiting pages, or leaving a review are typically added to your account right away after the action is completed.
If you’ve added your birthday to your account, birthday points will be issued during your birthday month. Birthday points are awarded once per year.

6. Do Dreame points have an expiration date?
- Yes. Dreame points will expire in 3 Years if you don’t use your points. However, your status (tier) won't be changed or downgraded.
7. Can I earn Dreame Points on shipping or taxes?
- No. Points are only calculated based on your final eligible payment amount. This means points are not earned on shipping fees, taxes, discounts, or gift card amounts.
8. What happens to my Dreame points if I return a product or cancel an order?
- If you return a product or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account accordingly.
9. How do I unlock Master Tier?
- You can reach Master Tier by earning points through eligible actions and purchases. The more points you collect, the faster you’ll move up and unlock more exclusive rewards and member benefits.
