We have a 4 year old German Shepard who sheds TERRIBLY. The previous roller would clog and tangle frequently. I came across a video reviewing the tricut roller which is compatible with our Dreame L20 ultra. Since switching the rollers we no longer have issues with errors and are floors are cleaner. So glad we found this!

TriCut Brush does not fix dog hair problem
The main problem with this robot is that dog hair gets stuck in the unit and won’t exit to the main bag. The TriCut Brush does not fix this problem.

Terrible Customer support,, very unstable company!
My $1,900.00 x40 is defective and I receive a tri cut brush? Still waiting for the $1,900.00!!! They have to talk with upper management, I dont think anyone at dreame knows what they are doing!
