Under noticed but should be on the value oriented folks radar

Great device! Is a true value compared to its peers and competitors in this price range. Does a great job mopping and has all the features that I could ask for! Don't be tempted to look at other options, get this one!

I added this roller to the pro ultra and have zero issues with hair tangle.

Where are my paid products???
I've been told that you guys are working on looking for my lost products. Its been a month now. Accept the fact that its lost and send me a new order. It never left your warehouse. You're not even giving me a refund. What kind of a scam business is this?
Multiple emails has gone out yet the same automated reply comes back that is being worked on.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. After investigating your case, it has been confirmed that your original package was indeed lost. As a result, we promptly arranged for a replacement order to be sent out.

According to our latest records, the replacement package was successfully delivered and signed for on August 15th.
