Great help

I am so happy when I have dreame robot vacuum and mop, my house get cleaned and i don’t have to do anything. This robot really know how to do their job, powerful suction and intelligent technology help clean the floor so good, I just love it so much

Wrong accessory kit

We love our Dreamer L10s ultra pro heat but I was sent the wrong accessory kit .. the vacuum bags I received were big, the HEPA filters were also to big ,,, I think the brushes and cleaning pads will work. But I need replacement filters that fit

I ordered a replacement package and the filter was the wrong size. I contacted customer service but I don’t think they understand that I received the wrong item. It’s been frustrating.
