Mixed bag on this

When it's working, the L10s ultra is a spectacular machine. Unfortunately, we've had to send it back because the suction stopped working. Dreametech repaired it under warranty, which was great (only cost was postage). Unfortunately, 3 weeks later and the robot gets stuck in mop cleaning mode. Waiting for response from tech support. So, as the title says, it's a mixed bag.
