Remote Control: Z1 Pro features a LiFi-enabled handheld remote for underwater communication (task assignment, robot control, etc.), while Z1 does not.
Functionality: Z1 Pro supports tanning ledge cleaning; Z1 does not.
Coverage: Z1 Pro cleans up to 200㎡; Z1 supports 180㎡.

Q2. What cleaning modes does Dreame Z1/Z1 Pro support? How to switch?

Modes: Full Pool, Bottom Only, Wall Only, Efficient Waterline. Switching: Via the Dreame Home APP or the mode button on the device.

Q3. Can the robot clean pool steps?

Yes. Equipped with structured light recognition, it accurately cleans steps 10-30cm high without slipping.

Saltwater: Yes (≤5,000ppm salt, ≤4ppm chlorine). Rinse after each use. Rain: IPX8 waterproof rating—operates normally in wet conditions.

Q3. Why does submersion take so long?

Air release from the buoyancy chamber is normal. Wait patiently.

Q4. How to update firmware?

APP notifies when updates are available. Ensure >30% battery and stable Wi-Fi.

Q5. What’s the warranty period?

2 years (subject to local laws).

Q6. What to note for repairs/returns?

Unbind the device in the APP before shipping. Use original packaging.

I have tried.other brands but this Dreame 1 Pro works great.

2nd chance

So far so good. The unit is working properly. It worked for just about two hours which was nice and I’ve had no real issues. The customer service was excellent and they stand behind their product. They really do. They made me return the first one before they sent the second one, but once they received it, the new one was in process and then shipped. Excellent customer service.

I bought the vacuum cleaner for Romania.

I forgot to specify in the order that the transformer should be for 220V 50Hz, in the USA it is probably 110v 60Hz. It would help me if you could find a solution for the charger. Or in the future you may also sell on the European continent. Regarding feedback, it has not yet arrived in Romania. It will arrive at the beginning of August, and then I will be able to give you details about its operation. If it is still possible. All the best.

Awesome pool robot!

Learning curve for operating was minimal. I have an above ground salt water pool with vinyl liner and no issues. Robot does a great job. Love that it’s wireless, easy to clean. Highly recommend!

It took a little time

I have a large complicated pool with right angle bends..It took about two weeks for the pool cleaner to figure it all out but it conquered all the nooks and crannies.
Today for the first time it cleaned everywhere in the pool. I really do not save any time because I sit on the side of the pool in amazement watching how the cleaner navigates its way around.
