Do I have to connect the wet dry vacuum to Wi-Fi to use it?
You can use most of the basic functions without a Wi-Fi connection. However, connecting to Wi-Fi via the dreame Home App unlocks additional features, including:
-Custom cleaning modes
-Custom self-cleaning modes
-Monitoring brush roller and filter usage/lifespan
-Monitoring the working status and remote control the device.
Why is the brush roll still cold after I turn on the Hot Water Mode?
The Hot Water Mode takes 30 seconds to heat the water. The LED screen will display a percentage progress bar—once it reaches 100%, heating is complete. The temperature-sensitive strip on the side of the brush roll will also turn red when the temperature rises.
What's the difference between the 4 cleaning modes?
You can press the mode switch button on the handle to cycle through the following modes:
1. Hot Water Mode – Heats water to 85°C/185℉ for deep cleaning, ideal for grease, dried stains, and tough dirt.
2. Smart Mode – Automatically detects floor dirtiness and adjusts suction power & water flow.
3. Suction Mode – Turns off the water pump for dry vacuuming, suitable for carpets.
4. Custom Mode – Personalize settings via the dreame Home App.
What surfaces can be applied to ?
Hot Water / Smart Mode/Custom: Used on sealed hard floors such as wood, laminate, tile, marble, concrete etc. In these modes, the machine will spray water to the brush roller, mop & vacuum at the same time.
Suction Mode: Used on carpet, rugs. In this mode the machine only dry vacuum without spraying water.
Why does the machine fail to get charged?
-Please check whether the machine is docked in the charge station properly.
-Please check whether the power cable is connected to the machine properly.
How do I switch the self-cleaning mode to Super Speed Mode?
Connect H15 Pro Heat to Wi-Fi, you can select your preferred cleaning mode in the dreame Home App(saved for next use).
What should I do when the machine always has ordors?
-Complete the self-cleaning process.
-Dump and clean the dirty water tank.Take out the filter and replace with a new filter.
-Expose the tank to the sunlight for hours.
-IMPORTANT: Every time you finish the self-clean, please promptly empty the dirty water tank to prevent the growth of odors and bacteria.
What's the secured warranty?
The standard warranty period for H15 Pro Heat is 3 years from the purchasing date. You could register your machine to get a 6 months extended warranty.
How long should I get the filter and brush roller replaced?
It's recommended to replace the brush roller and filter every 6 months.
