1. Overview
This Dreame Return and Refund Policy (hereinafter, "this Policy") applies exclusively to products purchased through the official authorized Dreame channels listed below within the United States, and only to products initially sold and used in the United States. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Dreame for problem diagnosis.
For third-party e-commerce platforms (such as Walmart, TikTok, eBay, etc.), please adhere to the respective platform's return and exchange policies. For other unauthorized sellers or offline retailers, please contact the seller directly to confirm their specific return and exchange policies.
2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
30-Day No-Reason Return
You may apply for a no-reason return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt, provided you offer valid proof of purchase. Upon approval of your application, and if the product is in its original condition (original packaging, complete accessories, and without obvious human-induced damage), we will accept the return. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method within fourteen (14) calendar days after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.
If the return is classified as "non-quality issue/non-product defect" (e.g., customer dissatisfaction, mistaken purchase, failure to meet advertising expectations, etc.), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend the customer use carriers such as FedEx or UPS to send out the item and cover the shipping fees.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product has been received for more than 30 days.
Quality Issues
For confirmed quality issues, where Dreame determines that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a full refund or a one-time free replacement. In this case, Dreame will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Procedure and Conditions
To initiate the return process, please contact the Dreame After-sales Team at support.na@dreame.tech.
Please note that the following conditions must be met when initiating a return:
Valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) must be provided.
For non-quality related return requests, the request must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of product receipt.
The returned product must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manuals, and all originally bundled complimentary gifts.
The product and its components must be intact and free from damage resulting from unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, improper use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.
If the product was purchased with a bundle discount, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding discount value from the refund amount.
All products must be returned within ten (10) calendar days after the return and refund service is confirmed.
If any of the above conditions are not met, your return application will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns or Cash on Delivery shipments will be refused.
Refund
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and the warehouse confirms that the product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 14 business days. We will notify you via email once the order refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support.na@dreame.tech.

Dreame reserves the right to modify this Policy. The latest version will be posted on our website. If any term of this policy conflicts with your local law, the local law will prevail.
