Sponsor: The "Clean Smarter, Earn Cash Back" Giveaway (the "Campaign") is sponsored by Dreame Technology USA (the "Sponsor"), located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex. By participating, you agree to be bound by these official rules (the "Official Rules") and to all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Dreame reserves the final right of interpretation for this event.

Campaign Period: The Campaign begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PST) on July 07, 2025, and ends at 12:00 a.m. PST on July 14, 2025 (the "Campaign Period"). All qualifying purchases and participation actions (e.g., submitting a DM or posting a Story) must occur within this timeframe.

Eligibility: The Campaign is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Campaign Period: July 07, 2025, 00:00 AM (PST) – July 14, 2025, 00:00 AM (PST)

How to Participate:

Purchase any Dreame robot vacuum priced at $500 or more on Amazon US or the Dreame official website (https://www.dreametech.com) during the campaign period.
Follow Dreame’s official Instagram (@dreame.usa) or Facebook (@Dreame.USA).
Send a direct message (DM) with your order number to Dreame’s official Instagram or Facebook account within the campaign period.

Rewards:

Base reward: $50 Dreame e-gift card.
Bonus reward: An additional $50 e-gift card will be granted if the participant posts a public Instagram or Facebook Story featuring the Dreame product, tags @dreame.usa or @Dreame.USA, includes the hashtag #CleanSmarterWithDreame, and keeps the Story public for at least 24 hours.

Maximum Reward per Social Media Account: Up to $100 in Dreame e-gift cards.

Participation Limit: Limited to the first 20 qualified participants who complete all required steps.

Additional Notes:

E-gift cards are valid only on the Dreame official website and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Both the DM submission and optional Story post must be completed within the campaign period.
E-gift cards will be distributed within two weeks after the campaign ends.
Gift cards will be effective immediately upon issuance and valid for 6 months.

Limitations:

One reward per social media account, regardless of how many qualifying purchases are made.
Only the first 20 participants who successfully complete all steps will receive rewards.
Social media account names will be publicly announced in masked format by July 25, 2025 on Dreame’s official channels.
Story posts must remain public for at least 24 hours to qualify for the additional reward.
Rewards will be distributed after July 20, 2025 and will be fulfilled within 2 weeks.

Gift Card Terms:

All gift cards are redeemable only on https://www.dreametech.com/.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Gift cards will become active upon issuance and will be valid for 6 months.

Content Requirements: Content submitted or posted must not:

Contain unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or third-party copyrighted materials.
Be obscene, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Include illegal activities, alcohol, drugs, firearms, or discriminatory material.
Violate any laws or regulations.

Rights Granted: By participating, you grant Dreame a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submitted content for promotional or marketing purposes.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Multiple entries from the same individual using different accounts will be void.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries or communications; nor for technical issues related to platform usage. Entrants agree that Sponsor shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in this Campaign.

Governing Law: These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually and without class action in the appropriate courts of the State of Delaware.
