Standard Mode: Medium power and water flow for routine cleaning.
Turbo Mode: Maximum power and water flow, ideal for stubborn dirt.
Quiet Mode: Low energy consumption and quiet operation, suitable for light debris.
Suction Mode: Dry vacuuming only without water dispensing, used to absorb large amount of water.
Wet Dry Vacuum: Used on sealed hard floors such as wood, laminate, tile, marble, concrete etc, for both wet and dry messes. As a wet dry vacuum, the machine will spray water to the brush roller, mop & vacuum at the same time.
Stick Vacuum: Used on both hard floors and carpet, rugs for dry messes only.
The machine cannot be used as capret cleaner to wash the carpet in wet mode.
It can be only used to dry vacuum on carpet and rug in stick vacuum mode.
-Please check whether the machine is docked in the charge station properly.
-Please check whether the power cable is connected to the machine properly.
-Please check whether the clean water tank is empty. If yes, refill the water tank.
-Please check whehter the machine is in Suction Mode. If yes, switch to "Turbo Mode" and wait for a few seconds.
-Put the machine on charge base and start self-cleaning to see whether it can dispense water.
-If you have followed all the steps above and it still fails to dispense water, please contact us for help:

-Please make sure the machine is in charging status( the charging icon will blink if it's being charged).
-Please make sure the machine has sufficient power (>20%).
-Please check whether the clean water tank is empty. If yes, refill the water tank.
-Please check whether the used water tank is full. If yes, dump the used water tank.
-Complete the self-cleaning process.
-Dump and clean the dirty water tank.Take out the filter and replace with a new filter.
-Expose the tank to the sunlight for hours.
-IMPORTANT: Every time you finish the self-clean, please promptly empty the dirty water tank to prevent the growth of odors and bacteria.
-Check whether the filter is blocked. If yes, clean the filter or replace with a new filter.
-Take off the brush cover and used water tank to check whether the brush roller and the hose is blocked. If yes, clear the blockage.
It's recommended to replace the brush roller and filter every 6 months.
The standard warranty period is 2 years from the purchasing date.
You could register your machine to get a 6 months extended warranty.
