Dreame cleaning fluid is professionally developed and tested, and will not damage the precision parts inside the machine. Other brands of cleaning fluids have unknown ingredients and may risk damaging the machine.

Q2: What is the addition ratio of the cleaning solution?

The cleaning solution ratio for H14 and H14 Pro is 1:200, in milliliters (ml). That means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning solution with 200 ml of water.
The cleaning solution ratio for other models is 1:50, in milliliters (ml). That means you need to mix 1 ml of cleaning solution with 50 ml of water.

Q3: Can the roller brush assembly of the vacuum be washed?

The main body and roller brush assembly have conductive elements, please do not immerse in water or liquid.

Q4: How to clean the carpet?

When cleaning short-haired carpets or mats, the cleaning machine can operate normally without reporting a blockage, but it is recommended to use the suction mode for cleaning when the roller brush is clean and dry.
Warm Reminder: To prevent damage to your carpet and machine, it is recommended not to clean carpets or carpet edges that have low adhesion to the floor.
