DreameBot X30 Ultra Pre-order Campaign Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply when you pre-order of the $59 (or equivalent) Coupon (defined as below) for securing the DreameBot X30 Ultra from dreametech.com while participating in this DreameBot X30 Ultra Pre-order Campaign (the “Promotion”). By placing a pre-order of the Voucher, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order of the voucher and keep a copy for your records.
DreameBot X30 Ultra Pre-order Campaign
1. Promoter: The Promoter is DREAME INTERNATIONAL (HONGKONG) LIMITED (the “Promoter” or “We”).
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 00:00am (PST) on January 7, 2024 and shall close at 23:59pm (PST) on February 27, 2024, or while stocks last (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Promotion Channel: dreametech.com and Amazon, Dreametech Official Store.
4. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion (powered by dreame) you must be an individual resident (aged 18+).

How to Pre-order
6. In order to participate in this Promotion, you will need to visit the Promotion Channel, and pay $59 (or equivalent) via a valid dreame Account or guest checkout (no logins required). The $59 payment is for a $459 coupon for securing the Product before launch (“Coupon”). The Coupon is refundable. Participant is not permitted to sell, trade, or purchase the Coupon without the permission of dreametech.
7. In order to participate the Promotion, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address and billing information. You’re under the responsibility to confirm information is accurate and up to date. If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to send you the confirmation email, the voucher, the merch and inform you when the Pre-order is available for purchase, if applicable.
8. After completing the payment of the Coupon, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If participant participates in the Promotion by guest checkout, the only way to check the order details is the order confirmation email. If participant participate in the Promotion with a valid dreame Account, the order details can be checked in “My Orders”.
9. We will send merch immediately when you complete the payment of the Coupon.
How to Complete DreameBot X30 Ultra Order
10. We will send you purchase links and the Coupon before launch via email. If the Participant participate the Promotion by guest checkout, please sign up a dreame account with the email address to receive and check the purcahse links and the Coupon.
11. Only the Participant could purchase DreameBot X30 Ultra on the launch day by using the Coupon. The Voucher will be valid for a longer time for you to purchase DreameBot X30 Ultra. Details will be sent by an instruction email before launch. DREAME reserve the right not to accept your order if you do not meet any relevant eligibility criteria.
Delivery and Cancellation
12. Where possible orders will be shipped to you or be ready for collection as soon as is practicable, subject to availability, in order that you may receive it on the launch date. For some areas delivery will take longer.
13. Either you or DREAME may cancel an order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been dispatched or is ready for collection (“Dispatch Notice”). If cancellation occurs before the Dispatch Notice, you will be entitled to a refund of your order Payment, but the Voucher is non-refundable as mentioned.
14. The purchase of the Product and / or any accompanying service, is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by DREAME, including but not limited to DREAME Terms of Sales, which will be notified to you before you complete your purchase, in your order confirmation and can be found on dreametech.com.
Privacy and Data Protection
15. DREAME uses of any personal information submitted by you shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the process. You hereby consent to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Privacy Policy available at:

Miscellaneous
16. DREAME will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any other losses or damages caused by Promotions beyond the reasonable control of DREAME.
17. You will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in the Terms and Conditions as being included.
18. DREAME reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions. Please check the website for updates.
19. The Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of the Hong Kong (or by mandatory local laws, if applicable).
