What cleaning modes does FloorX 100 offer?

A: Wet Mode: For deep cleaning. We recommend vacuuming large debris first before wet mopping.
Dry Mode: Ideal for picking up excess moisture or when minimal dampness is preferred.

How does the self-cleaning feature work?

Simply place the machine on the dock and press the Mode button when connected to power. The system will automatically clean the roller brush and pipes – no messy hands!

What smart functions are included?

LED Display: Shows real-time status with voice prompts.
2-Button Control: Power button (on/off) and Mode button (cycle through modes/activate self-cleaning when docked).

What's included in the box?

Main unit, handle assembly, charging dock, USB-C cable, and user manual.

When should I replace consumables?

For optimal performance， replace roller brushes & filters every 3-6 months (we recommend keeping 2 sets for rotation).

Can I use cleaning solutions?

No. FloorX 100 is designed for water-only cleaning to prevent damage.

How to clean the dirty water tank?

1. Power off the machine.
2. Remove and empty the tank/solid waste container.
3. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

How to charge properly?

1. Keep the machine upright.
2. Connect to the adapter.
3. Charging progress will display (%) on screen.
4. Automatically enters sleep mode 10 minutes after full charge.

Can it clean carpets?

No. FloorX 100 is designed for hard floors only.

How to reduce water streaks?

Switch to Dry Mode if floors are overly wet, or adjust your mopping speed.
