The FloorX 300 self-cleaning button controls the self-cleaning function. Press it briefly to start self-cleaning (when charging & battery ≥20%). During cleaning, press it again to stop.
The product includes the main unit, handle assembly, charging dock, cleaning brush, and user manual—everything you need to get started!
For optimal cleaning, replace the roller brush and filter every 3–6 months. We recommend keeping two sets to alternate between them.
We strongly advise using Dreame’s solution as other brands may contain acids that damage silicone tubes or the motor. Ours is lab-tested for safety!
After powering off, press the tank release button, empty the dirty water tank, then rinse it with water. Use the included brush to scrub the inner walls.
Yes! It works on short-pile carpets without clogging. Use suction mode with a clean roller brush for best results. Avoid soaking the carpet.
