1. What makes FloorX 302 special?

The FloorX 302 features 16,000Pa cyclone suction with a 250W brushless motor (104,000 RPM) for deep cleaning, dual-edge design for wall cleaning, a comb-shaped squeegee to keep the roller brush clean, and a 900mL tank for fewer refills.

2. How does self-cleaning work?

After use, place the FloorX 302 on its dock and press the Self-Clean button (requires ≥20% battery) to automatically clean the roller brush and internal pipes without manual effort.

3. What's the battery life?

With six 2500mAh batteries and an energy-saving system, it runs for 35 minutes in Quiet Mode, covering up to 200㎡ (2,150 sq ft).

4. What's included in the box?

It includes the main unit, handle, charging dock, cleaning tool, spare roller brush, filter, solution, and manual. The RU version excludes spare parts and solution.

5. How do I maintain the FloorX 302?

Empty and rinse the dirty water tank after each use, clean the filter weekly (replace every 3-6 months), and rotate two roller brushes (replace every 3-6 months).

6. Can I use other cleaning solutions?

No—only Dreame’s official solution is safe for the silicone pipes and motor. Use one capful per 900mL water tank.

7. How do I charge it?

Place the FloorX 302 on the dock to charge (LED shows battery %). It enters sleep mode 10 minutes after full charge and lasts 3-5 years with bi-daily use.

8. Can it clean carpets?

Yes, but only low-pile rugs/mats in suction Mode (no solution). For best results, vacuum first and use slow, forward motions.
