Yes. Both run an immersive self-wash and self-drying cycle. The Hard Floor Brush cleans with up to 212℉ hot water, while the Carpet Brush uses room-temperature care to protect bristles.
No. Wet cleaning is for hard floors only. With the Carpet Brush attached, it dry-vacuums carpets/rugs (dust, hair, crumbs) and helps reduce dust scatter when emptying.
About every 6 months under regular use— or sooner if bristles look worn, performance drops, or odors persist.
For best performance, we highly recommend using Dreame Cleaning Solution. If you choose other brands, please follow these rules:
1. Avoid foaming detergents. Excess foam may interfere with the sensors of the used water tank and interrupt cleaning cycles.
2. Avoid strong alkaline or acidic cleaners. These may corrode internal tubing and shorten the vacuum's lifespan.

Note: Malfunction caused by unsuitable cleaning solution may affect your warranty.
The standard warranty period for H15 Pro CarpetFlex is 2 years from the purchasing date. You could register your machine to get a 6 months extended warranty.
