I have had a robot vacuum before and it broke so I was looking for a replacement. Saw this one and decided to give it a try especially because it mops. The box came in and WOW this thing is gigantic. At first I thought it was maybe a shipping error when I got the box but upon opening it was the vacuum. The giant size is due mainly to the reservoir. It lets you go 100 days or roughly 3 months without having to empty it which is awesome. My house is all tile so I love that I can just let this thing go wild. I did however adjust the map so that it will not go into my youngest sons room since there is usually small toys and legos on the floor and I didn't want it to get jammed up. I absolutely hate to vacuum and sweep so this vacuum is a huge time saver. Nothing feels worse than walking barefoot and having dust on your feet so I can avoid that from now on. Considering how long it lasts I would say it's a pretty good value for the money.

This robot vacuum and mop is fantastic, especially for the price. I honestly expected much less from it, but it surprised me in a very good way.
The suction is strong, and it handles everyday dirt, dust, and hair very well. The mopping feature also works better than expected and leaves the floors looking clean without needing much effort from me.
The base station is a big plus. Auto-emptying and mop self-washing make it feel much more convenient than basic robot vacuums.
Navigation is solid, and it does a good job moving around furniture and avoiding obstacles. The app controls are useful and easy enough to adjust for different rooms or cleaning needs.
Overall, this feels like a much more expensive unit than it is. Great performance, strong features, and excellent value for the money.

This robot vacuum/mop has honestly been one of the biggest quality-of-life upgrades in our house. It was almost completely assembled right out of the box, and the app setup was incredibly simple. Within no time, it had mapped our house perfectly, and editing rooms and cleaning zones in the app was very easy and intuitive. I absolutely love being able to sit on the couch, tell it which room to clean, and watch it go do my chores for me!

The suction power is impressive, especially with pet hair and everyday debris. The self-emptying and self-cleaning features make it feel very “set it and forget it,” which is exactly what I wanted. There is no pressure to empty or clean the mop immediately either, which in my mind has defeated the purpose of other types of electronic mops. Our dog was skeptical at first, but eventually got used to it too (thank goodness, because her hair is 99% of the reason we need this thing!). If there’s a problem, the app alerts you and tells you exactly what’s going on so you can fix it and send the mop back on its way.

That said, I do think it’s important to have realistic expectations. The mopping function doesn’t clean quite as thoroughly as hand mopping, but I expected that. To me, this works best as a daily maintenance cleaner rather than something that will magically deep-clean extremely dirty floors in one pass. I’d recommend giving your floors a really good manual mop first and then letting this maintain them from there. Over time, it definitely helps keep everything consistently cleaner.

A couple of minor downsides: it struggles a bit with our low washable rugs, but honestly those rugs are difficult for almost everything. It also occasionally catches on power cords and has knocked over a lamp and a fan, and the brush wrapped around long hair once and needed to be cleaned out. It’s a little louder than I expected too, so overnight cleaning wasn’t really practical for us.

Overall though, the convenience FAR outweighs the negatives. Between the smart mapping, customizable cleaning zones, strong suction, and self-maintenance features, this has been an excellent addition to our home and a huge time saver. This is perfection for a busy household, and helps my peace of mind as I can easily feel the strain of falling behind (priceless!). Highly recommend!
